HAUPPAUGE WINS THE ROCKY GILMORE CLASSIC
    Hauppauge edged Brentwood at the 20th annual Rocky Gilmore Classic, 301 points to 292 as host East Islip finished third with 259. Paul Liguori,( Wantagh) decisioned Ricardo Gomez, (Brentwood), 7-4, to capture the 112-pound crown and Charles Hoeg of Mount Sinai decisioned John Oschmann of Hauppauge, 6-4, to win at 130 pounds. Austin Schneider's pin at 160 pounds helped clinch the title his Hauppauge team, with five champions and 16 placewinners. Paul Liguori (Wantagh) and Cameron Gee (East Islip) were voted the OSW Awards, and the Most Pins went to East Islip's Ian MacIneirghe (15-0, 14 pins) at 215 pounds.
