Hofstra's Steve Bonanno works for a takedown against Army's Travis Coffey. Bonanno started the Pride off winning this 125 pound bout with an 18-3 technical fall.

    Hofstra (14-4-1) beat Army (7-9), 26-10, and ended their dual meet season on a high note winning their fifth straight and 10 out of the last eleven meets. The Pride, ranked 23rd in the NCAA, started out with two technical falls from Steve Bonanno (22-10) and Lou Ruggirello (26-3). Zach Clemente (14-12) at 149 pounds and Ben Clymer (18-8) at 184 pounds both turned in come-from-behind victories. Clemente used a Schalles for a takedown and near fall points with five seconds remaining to win 6-4 and Clymer battled back from being headlocked to tie the score at five and then go ahead with an escape and takedown to win 8-5.
     The Pride gets ready for the CAA Championships next on March 4th and 5th at Rider.
